Description (partial)

Unable to search for a chassis serial number in the SNTC portal under Inventory POD. The filtering is not working as expected and the portal is displaying an error message

when portal users logs into to SNTC as Customer user, Customer Admin or CBR user and goes to inventory pod in reports and click ip address view. Onces he click filter and search Chassis Serial number and click submit. He is not getting the search serial number details
