Description (partial)
Symptom: A prefix binding table entry learned from a policy applied to an entire vlan is installed for a specific port (SVI port Vl2 instead of "any") and an internal error similar to the following one is seen when port becomes operational: %SISF-3-INTERNAL: Internal error, Set filter failed for 3333::/64 port Vl2 vlan 2 mac any with return code: 8 Conditions: This has been observed only on the 7600 platform, when an IPv6 Snooping policy with "prefix-glean" and an IPv6 Source-Guard policy with "validate prefix" are attached to an SVI and the SVI is configured with an IPv6 address and made operational.
