Description (partial)

Symptom:
Output carriers count showing wrongly, instead of actual ports count.

Conditions:
1. Add a GQI Based QAM model (EC -> Network Element Provisioning -> GQI Based QAM Models ) with
Number of GbE Ports=4	GbE Port Start Number=1
Number of RF ports =12	Number of Carriers Per Port =8	RF Port Start Number =1 and Modulation Format as QAM 256
and save it.
2. Create a GQI Based QAM (EC -> Network Element Provisioning -> GQI Based QAM) using previously created GQI Based QAM model.
3. Open previously created GQI Based QAM and click on GbE Input Ports and configure all the 4 ports with valid data and save it.
4.  Open previously created GQI Based QAM and click on RF Carrier and configure first 8 ports with valid TSID and Frequencies and save it.
5. Open GQI Based QAM wui, select previously created GQI based qam and click on Connectivity and veiry that Port Out will display 96 ports.
6. Open previously created GQI Based QAM and click on Multicast Sessions, click on Add, click on output carrier dropdown list and verify it, its showing only 75 carriers

(RF Out 5 carrier 1 to 8)
