Description (partial)

Symptom:
In Jabber for Mac   incoming call will not get diverted to voice-mail when  try IM instead of answering a call

1.       User A calls User B
2.       User B clicks on Reply with Chat on Jabber Mac

Result:

Jabber opens a chat window and User B could IM User A
User A continues to hear ring back

Expected result
User A is connected to Voice Mail, similar to Jabber Windows, once User B clicked on chat reply option

Conditions:
The problem persists in all Jabber for MAC devices.
