Symptom:
Required fields greyed out under System>Tools>Alerts for Custom Alert

Conditions:
when a Alert is Raised under custom Alerts we are unable to Disable Alert/Clear Alert/Set Alert/Remove Alert/Alert Detail/Clear All Alerts as they are greyed out. The same fields are active under system and Voice/video tabs (except for Remove Alert as it is not applicable under system and Voice/video tabs). PFA Snapshots for alerts under system and custom.
