Description (partial)

There is label leakage after running the system for an extended period of time. When labels are exhausted, a new client won't be able to join.

This usually happens when there are lots of wireless clients leaving and joining. The label leakage happens if certain label allocation/free pattern is followed and thus are not easy to simulate. The symptom doesn't manifest itself in a short time and could take weeks since there are many free labels available when the system first comes up.
