Description (partial)
Symptom: Long convergence times of around 5-10 seconds seen on BGP process no shutdown. This is due to the BGP "supress-fib-pending" command not taking effect in this situation. Due to this, the N9508 advertises BGP routes before programming in the hardware. This results in traffic being dropped. Conditions: When executing the "no shutdown" command under the BGP config to restore the BGP process long convergence times are seen.
