Description (partial)

Symptom:
Port channel goes in to "STP set port state failure" after reload off of a vpc primary switch. Following pixm errors are displayed on console.

reloading off of a N9508 L2 switch with back to back VPC and follwing csale.
vlan: 2K
MAC : 52K
SPT logical port count: 44K
VPC : 20
SPT algorithm: MSTP
