Description (partial)

Symptom:
When reviewing the "Monitor > High Volume Mail" page of the Email Security Appliance (ESA) or a notification that is generated from the appliance in reference to the High Volume Mail feature, subject lines that contain UTF-8 encoding are shown in their plain-text equivalent.

Conditions:
This defect can be encountered when an appliance is processing messages that contain subject lines encoded into a UTF-8 format.
