Description (partial)
Symptom: - End users synced with AD are marked as inactive Conditions: - User's user ID was changed on AD, i.e. test1 was changed to testuser1 - LDAP Attribute for User ID was changed on CUCM, i.e. changed to mail instead of samAccountName
