Description (partial)

Symptom:
Leak of media interfaces created for the Media Termination Point (MTP) and streaming of spurious audio from the RTP ports of the MTP even after the call is complete.
Could occur in CUCM 7.x and up.

Conditions:
CTI Redirect over a SIP Trunk with MTP allocated (MTP allocated due to MTP required checked on the SIP Trunk).
This CTI Redirect fails due to misconfiguration or any other error. 
Upon failure of the redirect, the option to restore the original call is not enabled from the CTI application. 
When the calls are cleared; the MTP media interfaces are not cleared and media streaming from the MTP is not stopped.
