Symptom:
- Open Access Rules policies
- Click Refresh Hit Count -> Show Hit Count Details 
- Choose Raw ACE Table
- Access-list configuration does not match with line access-list output in hitcount detail

Conditions:
Refreshing hit count for FWSM
