Description (partial)

This is a corner case and would happen only if blade was already discovered with a network adaptor and user replaces it with storage adaptor (Lodi/Fontana).

Symptom:
Association or dis-association of  a blade server would fail with error/fault reported as "Invalid adapter connectivity, no adaptor found".

Conditions:
Following sequence of user actions will cause this issue:
1)Blade was already discovered with a network adaptor
2)user replaces it with storage adaptor (FlashMezz adapter  LSI/Fusion-IO mezz adapter)
3)Blade server is now associated or disassociated without first decomission/recommision of the server.
