Symptom:
Session manager goes in warn state if traffic policing is enabled at SGW and millions of calls are setup and tear down.

Conditions:
Software Release: v15.0-MR2

The exact condition when the memory leak happens is when traffic policing is enabled  at SGW and SGW relocation is attempted for a multi-bearer call.

Also, when SGW relocation is done for multi-bearer call, apart of memory leak, the traffic policing itself may not work as expected.
