Description (partial)

Symptom:
Cifs ao Keepalive time out observed over a long period and
also in rare scenarios Cifs Ao restarts which will resets the connections.

the Issue lies with third party API used for logging(org.apache.log4j.Logger). 
One of its library call is consuming lot of time which blocks other threads(?Timer thread ? ). Since the timer thread is blocked, other dependent threads on the timer thread 
such as netBIOSPool-9, netBIOSPool-8, netBIOSPool-7, netBIOSPool-6, netBIOSPool-4 are also blocked.) also blocked

Conditions:
BLOCKED threads issue with third party API used for CIFSAO logging(org.apache.log4j.Logger). One of its library call is taking  lot of time and blocking all other CIFSAO threads who are trying to use the same API methods
