Description (partial)
Symptom: Sessmgr crashes. Please see the trace and SSD. Conditions: sessmgr started crashing after a network flap. Specifically, a UE Context Release Request aborts a 3G->4G TAU Request with active flag for bearer establishment set, after the MME sends the TAU Accept but before it receives TAU Complete. The MME should clean up the call (which has two PDNs) at this point, but does not completely do so. This is followed by an S11 Downlink Data Notification, then an S11 Delete Bearer Request for one of the PDNs, which triggers the crash.
