Description (partial)

Symptom:
A rapid memory leak may be observed on an ASR900-series (ASR903, ASR920) router. This is observed in SNMP: the output of 'show memory allocating-process totals' will show "SNMP MEDIUM CHUNK" and "SNMP VB CHUNK" consistently growing in size:
