Description (partial)

Symptom:
C220/C240 - M3 server attempts to PXE boot via Intel Onboard LOM port.The  LOM port sends out a DHCP DISCOVER packet which is responded to with a DHCP OFFER packet from the DHCP server. The LOM port appears to not respond to the OFFER packet

Conditions:
PXE booting via LOM port
