Description (partial)

Symptom:
PI version 2.0 all custom root crontabs and all custom files located under  /opt/CSCOlumos/ are deleted and the default cd /opt/CSCOlumos/ for V2 are overlaid.
This includes all custom Cisco file installations and required crontabs. All Cisco Monitoring engine files, configurations and crontabs are lost.

Conditions:
Upgrade  from Prime Infrastructure (PI) 1.3  to 2.0 the Root crontabs get deleted.
