Symptom: 1. Schedule any report to run daily at specified time and issue will be seen intermittently. This was tried this internally but it never failed. :Reproduction steps are not useful. Scheduled reports are not generating intermittently, this happens randomly; cause unknown. Collect the scheduler and report process logs at info level against issue occurrence. Schedule report(s) during a few hours and gather logs for those periods if report fails. Conditions: CIM 9.0 Split Server, Distributed Server, Single Server This problem was due to SQL query. Query "es::event_def_details_for_interval:mssql" is used to fetch schedule data of report, but this query returned no data on occasions/intermittently even after having records in egpl_scheduler table in active_db.
