Description (partial)

Symptom:
The Disassociate UCS Service Profile activity may time out.  From UCS Manager console, a service profile was disassociated properly, but the physical blade's FSM status hang and failed to reach 100%.

Conditions:
The issue happened on UCSM 2.1(1a) and 2.2(1c). The problem may exist in other UCSM versions.
