Description (partial)
Symptom: The blade's M71KR-Q CNA is set as "error disabled" on the IOM port then after a reboot it's able to FLOGI and boot from SAN on predefined LUNs. In Qlogic ROM BIOS: - right after power on/boot entering the ROM does not show any mapped LUN -> adapter error disabled - after the adapter is up/flogi finished all mapped LUNs are listed In the config settings there is a "selectable boot settings" menu entry. Under this, bootable LUNs are listed. Conditions: Server firmware upgrade from 2.1(3a) to 2.2(1b) on B200M2, CNA is M71KR-Q
