Description (partial)

Symptom:
ASA running firmware 8.4.7 (however issue was seen even on 8.4.5) where the IPv6 traffic is dropped intermittently on the device (not management traffic) and as the memory utilization on the box increases the frequency of issue is higher.

Affects all the IPv6 traffic.

The root issue is IPv6 filters are leaking and not being removed.

Conditions:
Customer should be accessing the servers having IPv6 address and traffic should be over the VPN (AnyConnect)
