Symptom:
Invalid  Custom field is showing in dash lets of CPC Analytics

Conditions:
Steps to reproduce :

1.	 Log in to Web-GUI page of Cisco Prime Collaboration  assurance .
2.	Go to Analyse  Technology Adoption   and go to Technology adoption  page
3.	Under any dash let for e.g. Technology usage dash let , click see details at the bottom of dash let .
4.	Under technology usage graph there will be CUSTOMS field to choose the time period .
5.	Click the CUSTOM  icon  2 or 3 times 

Problem Description : When clicking the CUSTOM icon for 2 or 3 times it is showing the  customs periods of 2 tables of FROM and To .when trying to close it  showing no tables of From and TO field .

Expected Behaviour : The Customs icon should show the correct no FROM and TO tables  to enter the specified date .

•	Mozilla Firefox esr :  24.2.0
