Description (partial) 

Symptom:
In extremely rare circumstances, it is possible that MDS fabric switch reloads unexpectedly without any apparent trigger. After such reload, switch will boot normally, but there will be no information in the form of persistent logs or stack traces to point to the root cause.

Conditions:
This issue affects only MDS 9148s and MDS 9250i switches. Older hardware platforms and MDS 9700 switches are not affected.
