Description (partial)

Symptom:
router crashes after deleting an ACL pointing to an access-group and adding it back

Conditions:
This occurs when an abrupt change  is made to an object based ACL being used by QoS (via remove and add consecutively)

For example:

no ip access-list extended <access-group name>
ip access-list extended <access-group name>
remark <remark>
deny tcp any object-group <object-group name> eq www
