Description (partial)

Symptom:
While executing 'checkDB' utility, system doesn't fetch all MAC addresses which doesn't have serial 
number. It display Mac Address starts like "00:" and discard the other MAC Addresses(starts like "54:D4", "48:44:87") also don't have serial number(ie: Mac don't have an entry in 'pdsernummap' table)

Conditions:
Steps to follow,

Preamble: Make sure any one the mac address(here i took cableCARD's Host mac) starts with "00:" don't have serial number(delete serial number entry from pdsernummap table)

1. Run 'checkDB' script and see the report. You can have an entry for that mac dont have serial number
2. Now delete some other serial number of mac addresses(CableCARD's Host mac) starts like "54:D4", "48:44:87"
3. Run the checkDB' script again and see the report.
