Description (partial)

Symptom:
When generating binary configuration file from Groovy/Template sometimes result in below error.

[root@bac-lnx-vm049 bin]# ./runCfgUtil.sh -e -l convertCM_GRO.groovy -o convertGro_CM.cm

Script error(s)detected: Processing of convertCM_GRO.groovy failed. Cause TLV value contains invalid SnmpVarBind.  OID=[.iso.org.dod.internet.private.enterprises.sa.saVoip.saCmMta.saCmMtaCliAccess.saCmMtaCliAccessInterface.0], Type=[STRING], Value=[docsis(0) (java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: The given label is not present in the BITS constructs :  (invalid variable value))].

Conditions:
This issue is most likely to be happen when performing round trip conversion (Binary > Groovy/Template > Binary).
