Description (partial)

Symptom:
total output drop increased only during initial traffic passed after no shu the port in channel.

Platform: WS-C4900M
IOS: cat4500e-ipbase-mz.122-53.SG2.bin
Topology:

                                 TE1/7        TE1/7

PC(A ------- WS-C4900M        WS-C4900M ------- PC(B
                                           -------
                                 TE1/8        TE1/8

TE1/7 and TE1/8 are bundled as channel running Pagp.

execute ping between PC A and B with each other by EXping.
Ping packet size is 64 byte and the interval/timeout is 500msec 

keep Te1/8 always down, and Te1/7 is up.
Then start to ping. The ping work fine. Then we shut down the te1/7, so ping was NG.
Then we no shut the te1/7, after a while, ping recovery successfully but when we check show int, We can found total output drop increased on te1/7. But even ping keep on passing the port, There is no more total output drop increased.

Conditions:
shu/no shu the port in channel
