Description (partial)

Symptom:
SCCP Phone does not show any messages to tell a user be in Call Preservation in the following intercluster call via SIP Trunk scenario.

Conditions:
-- Environment
CP-9951 --(SIP)-- CUCM#11(leaf1) --(Qsig/SIPTrunk)-- CUCM#01(sme) --(Qsig/SIPTrunk)-- CUCM#21(leaf2) --(SCCP)-- CP-6941

-- Steps
1. CP-9951 and CP-6941 is connected.
3. CUCM#01(sme) is down.
4. When SIP Session timer between CUCM#11(leaf1) and CUCM#01(sme) is expired, CP-9951 shows "In Peservation Mode".  (Expected behavior)
   But when SIP Session timer between CUCM#21(leaf2) and CUCM#01(sme) is expired, CP-6941 does not show any messages. (Unexpected behavior)
