Two cannot sign out error dialogs are not the same,

Steps to reproduce:
1. Establish a call
2. Tap sign out button
3. Tap delete in IM account setting
4. Check two error dialogs after step2 and 3

Expect Result:
Show same error dialog

Actual Result:
Error dialogs are not same
