Description (partial)

Symptom:
vPath offload failing to operate properly when enabled on Netscaler 1000v, as the initial packet is getting dropped by the VEM.

Conditions:
Routed traffic between client and server with vPath offload enabled. This has been noticed with TFTP and ICMP traffic.
