Description (partial)

Symptom:
A Cisco UCS system running 2.2(1) with ESXi OS loaded in blades may experience a speed cap of 10G even if the hardware allows for higher speeds (20GE or 40GE links).

Conditions:
CIsco UCS firmware 2.2(1b) or 2.2(1c)
VMware ESXi 5.5 with ENIC 2.1.2.42 driver 
Blade B200 M3
Adapter 1240
QoS policy as Line-rate on the vethernet interface

I have some nics in esxi 5.5 showing 10000 and some showing 40000   I have 10 nics on the service profile and I am using the VIC 1280   any idea why?
