Symptom:
Unable to load data in the graph in UCM Resource Utilization Summary

Conditions:
Environment:
•	CPC Assurance : 10.0.0.40038
•	Mozilla Firefox ESR :  24.2.0
 
Steps to Reproduce :
•	Login to the CPC Assurance Web-GUI 
•	Go to the Device Work Center and select a Call Manager
•	Launch 360 view page and click on the cluster ID name
•	On the next page under UCM Resource Utilization Summary portlet, select a UCM and click to launch any graph
