Description (partial)

Symptom:
SPA514G phones with multiple lines registered to PBX  (3CX or Asterisk) don't have the option to toggle / select active call  on line 1 and transfer it before answering another incoming call on Line 2. SPA525G2 phones have this option. Edit Programmable Soft Key Ringing State and adding xfer option didn't help.

When a user is on Line1 and they get a call on Line2 they have to answer
Line2 before they can transfer Line1.

They cannot transfer the current call they are on (Line1) because the
Transfer softkey is not available until they answer Line2.

Conditions:
SPA514G SIP phones with multiple lines registered to call controllers.
Firmware: 7.5.5

We have found that if you turn the CW Setting (User, Supplementary Services, CW Setting) to &quot;No&quot;, then this provides a workaround for this issue. Obviously, there is a loss of functionality of the Call Waiting feature on all lines since this is a macro setting for the phone. However, until a bug fix for this issue (it is NOT an enhancement) comes out this does provide a good workaround.
