Known Affected Releases

Description (partial)

Symptom:
When running "utils itl reset remotekey" after entering the password the following error is seen.

"Enter Sftp password :Error in sftp [Bad authentication type (allowed_types=['publickey', 'keyboard-interactive'])]" seen when issuing "utils itl reset remotekey".

Conditions:
Connecting to an SFTP server that the CUCM server has not connected to before. Due to the CUCM server not having connected to the SFTP server previously the known_hosts is not populated with the RSA fingerprint of the remote server so the connection fails.
