Description (partial)

When logging into the spam quarantine on a Cisco Email Security Appliance (ESA), the user may receive an application fault error and the administrator will receive the following alert:

An application fault occurred: ('access/ authenticate|45', "<type 'exceptions.ValueError'>", 'need more than 0 values to unpack', '[util/ screenLoop|408] [util/ inverseExtend|328] [util/ __call__|769] [screen/ __call__|27] [util/ __call__|769] [screen/ __call__|49] [util/ __call__|769] [screen/ __call__|76] [screen/ next|63] [screen/ throttledCall|168] [util/ __call__|771] [screen/ __call__|56] [screen/ executeAction|70] [screen/ doLoginAction|200] [session/ login|156] [access/ authenticate|229] [access/ authenticate|45]')

This defect will only occur when all of the following conditions are met:

- The Spam Quarantine End-User Authentication Query must be a Domain Assignment
- The Domain Assignment must have the 'Default Query' set to 'None'
- The end user is logging in without the domain specified in the proper format ("user@domain")
