Symptom:
This CDETS was opened to track progress on BZ 22517.
(Footprint 9348)

Notifications set from CUC TUI are not seen in CUCDM

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
1. Add a Voicemail notification via Selfcare.
(login to Selfcare > Voicemail > Notfication > Add Voicemail notification eg. (Phone Type Notification)
Then add another notification, this time from the IP phone itself.
2. Login to the Phone (TUI) and select:
Option 4: setup options
Option 2: notification devices
Option 1: change
Add a Notification Type
3. The new notification setup via the Phone cannot be seen via Selfcare.

Result: Selfcare doesn't know about the new Notification type setup since there is no synch mechanism in place between VOSS and CUC
(There currently is no synch mechanism in place between CUC - VOSS)
