Description (partial)

Symptom:
When connecting the PrecisionHD camera running CC1.5.0 to a MacBook Pro Retina the top LED remains solid orange and /var/log/systemlog.log displays the following:

Feb 17 08:59:33 dhcp-64-102-154-195 kernel[0]: USBF:    844.730    The IOUSBFamily is having trouble enumerating a USB device that has been plugged in.  It will keep retrying.  (Port 2 of Hub at 0x1a100000)
Feb 17 08:59:33 dhcp-64-102-154-195 kernel[0]: USBF:    844.731    The IOUSBFamily was not able to enumerate a device.

The above messages can also be seen by opening the Console app and looking at either "All Messages" or "system.log".

Conditions:
MacBook Pro Retina with the PrecisionHD USB camera.
