Known Affected Releases
5.1.1.CE 5.2.0.CE
Description (partial)
Basic Description: There is a memory leak inside the cfmd process which leaks a small amount of memory (the size of the name of the service configured on the MEP) each time a management query is performed on any MEP. Although the size *per MEP* is small, the memory will be leaked for each MEP active on the LC. Symptoms: Memory usage of the cfmd process increases with running of management queries (show commands, XML or SNMP). Conditions: This bug was introduced in IOS-XR 5.1.1. It is fixed in release 5.1.2 and 5.2.0, so the only affected release is 5.1.1. This is a PI bug and as such will affect any platform running CFM.
