Description (partial)
Symptom: MAC sometimes ages out at half an age longer than configured. For instance, when MAC age is 10 minutes, it may take 15 minutes for the MAC to age out. Conditions: Assume a MAC is initially received from wire and learned on Asr9k at time 0. If the same MAC is seen again 1.5 minutes after the initial learning, the MAC age is extended with another half age. In the end, the MAC ages out at 1.5 times of the full age.
