Description (partial)

Symptom:
Sensor might hang when issuing show tech-support.

Conditions:
IPS software version 7.1.x on a smaller memory size platform like SSM-10 or 4240.

This issue occurred after a failed signature update that left a large log file behind:

    /usr/cids/idsRoot/var/updates/logs/sigupdate.log

This file is not needed so removing it from the service account will workaround this issue.
