Symptom:
ASA clustered firewalls OSPFv2 Neighborship flaps between ASA and Router.

Node is stuck in Extstart with neighbor router

Conditions:
Mode : L2 clustering + 2 node   -or-    L3 Clustering + 4 Node
Perform a "cluster remove unit <slave name> on Master node or failover to slave unit.
ASA peering with other OSPF device.
