Description (partial)

Symptom:
Upon fresh installing 10.5.0.98000-59(Finesse-CCE), the Cluster Settings cannot be saved in the cfadmin page on primary node. The save button does not get enabled. Upon fresh installing 10.5.0.98000-60(Finesse-CCE), all 3 widgets - CTI Server, Administration & Data Server, and Cluster Settings - cannot be saved in the cfadmin page on primary node. The save buttons does not get enabled.  The primary finesse is Out of Service according to SystemInfo api.

Conditions:
fresh installing 10.5.0.98000-59(Finesse-CCE); Upon fresh installing 10.5.0.98000-60(Finesse-CCE); secondary nodes are shutdown in both instances; wiki instructions were followed: http://cbabu-wiki.cisco.com:8080/display/Phoenix/Automation+Solution+Testbed+-+Installing+Finesse
