Known Affected Releases
Symptom: When trying to self-provision a new device for a user using the IVR method, the system plays a message saying "This device could not be associated to your account. Please contact the system administrator to complete provisioning." Conditions: This issue occurs when the End User has"Use System Default" set for the user profile. This occurs even though the System Default user profile has the correct configuration.
