Symptom:
Archive Logs not dispalying under RTMT Tool

Conditions:
On following the path RTMT -> System -> Syslog Viewer -> Application Viewer -> Archive
Though logs are available under the path /var/log/active/syslog/ we can see CiscoSyslog files on ssh.But same logs are unavailable on RTMT tool

            On double clicking on any Archivet files on RTMT ,its not displaying any logs/ error message
