Symptom:
Unable to log into Operations Reports a few days after upgrade to Prime Network 4.1.

Conditions:
No specific condition. On some servers where a successful upgrade is done to Prime Network 4.1, Operations Reports stops being accesible over the url https://<ip-addr>:8445/prime-network-reports, although the server is up and running.
