Description (partial)
Symptom: The user is not getting any warning prompt like beep sound when it reaches the value Recording Termination Warning Time ( parameter value set as 15000 msecs or some n values ) Conditions: -> userA and userB has mailbox in Unity connection server and associated Unified IP Phone.(99xx). -> userB set call forward all to voicemail. -> userB set maximum message length as 60 seconds. -> Set Maximum Message length = 60 seconds by going through Unity connection Admin->Users->Select Users(userB) -> Edit Message Settings -> userA dialing DN of userB .(say 3110) -> userA hears Unity Connection prompts since userB forwarded call to voicemail. -> userA records the voicemail (Note : userA wants to record the voicemail up to allowed maximum time i.e. 60 seconds here) -> userA press # to send voicemail.(Note: when connection prompts to send) -> userB checks the voicemail by login into voicemail service. -> When userB checks the voicemail duration ,it has only 45 seconds. (Note: maximum message length for the user is configured as 60 seconds)
