Description (partial)

Symptom:
The Mobility Header checksum computed is wrong for IPv4-IPv6-MH transport.
The PBA and BRI messages initiated from LMA are discarded at HSGW/MAG which result to call setup failure.

Conditions:
The MH-Checksum computed is wrong for IPv4-IPv6-MH transport.
