Description (partial)

Symptom:
UDT - Not responding error message

Conditions:
On following the path https://cucmip/ccmadmin ->User Management ->User/Phone Add-> Universal Device Template)

On Universal Device Template page & hit Add New button & follow the below steps/add the info as mentioned(without hitting "Expand All" button) -

   1) Mention the name of UDT(ex-abcd) on the Name text box

   2) Give Device Description 	

   3) Device Pool - Default

   4) Device Security Profile - Universal Device Template -Model-Independent-SecurityProfile

   5) SIP Profile - standard SIP profile

   6) Phone Button Template -Standard Assistant Universal Device Template SIP

Now,Try to SAVE the page

While trying to Save button,UDT page got crashed & showing "Not Responding" error message & unable to save the UDT(attached the screenshots for the reference)

Used both Firefox & IE browsesr
